US Pricing: Monthly Plans And Pay & Go

We do not charge you for incoming messages! When do you receive incoming messages? When some wants to join your list, they text your Keyword to 25827. They also can respond to messages that you send.

If you choose to upgrade to a monthly plan you can cancel that plan at any time. There are no contracts to sign and no obligations.

A Keyword is a unique term (letters and/or numbers) that people can use to communicate with you via a short code. Club Texting's short code in the United States is 25827 (CLUBS) The basic idea is that a customer texts your KEYWORD to 25827. When they do so they are automatically added to your list of contacts.

Express Delivery messages are sent from our short code that is directly connected to the major cell phone carriers. Express delivery speed and reliability is comparable to sending a text message from one cell phone to another.  Express messages are limited to 160 characters per text in the US & 130 characters per text in Canada.

Standard messages are sent out through the Internet using SMTP Email to Text technology and are NOT SUPPORTED BY THE CARRIERS. Deliverability rates are for the most part consistent, but can be unpredictable since messages can be trapped in SPAM filters. We provide this method as a legacy service for those customers who need to reach smaller carriers. As the carriers do not support this delivery method, we cannot offer support for Standard messages. Standard messages are limited to 130 characters per text in both the US & Canada.

Each text is equal to one message to one phone number. So, if you were to send a message to 50 people, it would count as 50 texts.

When you buy credits in bulk, for your Pay & Go account, we'll apply the following discounts:

If you are on a monthly plan all of your Additional Credit purchases are discounted at your plan's rate.

If you are on Pay & Go, the Anytime Credits you purchase will never expire. If you are on a monthly plan, your Plan Credits refresh every 30 days based on the initial date you started the monthly plan (not on the calendar month). Please note, Plan Credits do not roll over. If you purchase additional Anytime Credits they will never expire.
