Message Forwarding
Message forwarding – All incoming messages can be forwarded to your email address or directly to your cell phone. Simply have subscribers send [keyword + their message] and the message will immediately be forwarded to you.
How Message Forwarding Works
Message Forwarding is quick to setup - just choose an email address or phone number and attach it to a Keyword. Then, whenever anyone texts that Keyword in (or replies to one of your messages), we'll automatically forward the message to your requested phone number or email address. Of course you can always check your incoming messages by logging into your Club Textign account and checking your Inbox as well.
- Radio listeners send song requests to the DJ.
- Restaurants have patrons send customer service feedback and/or vote for their favorite server or bartender.
- Event promoters build an RSVP list.
- Customers text in orders for delivery.
- Lead generation firms make sales calls to potential clients immediately after they text in their request.
