At the heart of Club Texting is the tool that helps you send a message! Here are some improvements we have on the way:
- Create groups on the fly when you add multiple contacts
- When you type in a number, we’ll auto-suggest existing contacts that match
- Choose to send a text only message (SMS) or a message with a picture/video (MMS)
- See a real-time preview of your message as you type
- Get instant feedback if you’ve used an unsupported character or exceeded your credit limit
- Easily access advanced features like message templates, dynamic fields, and recurring options
Uploading Contacts
Club Texting wants to make uploading your contacts as easy, and clear, as possible. Here’s how we’re improving things:
- Get a better view of your uploaded list (4.5 rows including header as opposed to the first 3)
- Add custom contact fields during upload flow
- Improved field mapping clarity
Improved Reporting
How do you know if your texting efforts are working? Effective reporting can shed light on what’s working and what needs help. At Club Texting we’re making improvement to our reports so you can do a better job.
New! Activity Reports
- View your sending patterns over time
- Filter to see specific campaigns
- Choose a pre-set date range (i.e. last month, this month, all time) or set a custom date range
- Group by Day, week or month to see your activity
